Taking Your Days Back Like The Boss You Are!

As an entrepreneur, time is a critical asset. You literally have 24 hours in a day. You often sleep for at least 6 hours. Hence, you are left with 18 hours.

Let’s say you spend at least 8 hours doing things that aren’t work-related; such as preparing breakfast, breaking, traveling from one spot to another, and spending time with the family. Now you are left with about 10 hours.

What will you do with that time in your hands?

10 hours can change your life if utilized effectively. Most people let work fill the more significant part of their day. Guess what? You can actually learn to take your days back.

What do I mean by that?

It’s simply learning to save time and focus more on other things. You can’t do this if you haven’t mastered the art of automation.

Our clients understand this

That’s precisely what we are doing as the Big Marv brand. We essentially love to have a little extra time to save. So, we have learned to automate most of our processes.

Our clients like it if we do the work for them. You see, after getting our system, they can either choose to take several months mastering the techniques or hire us to do the work for them in less than 30 days.

If they do it themselves, they may never make as much as if we do it for them. That’s why they choose to invest in us. If we teach him all about automation, he will trust us to create highly profitable sales funnels.

Each of my team members is focused on his/her superpower

I will always advise you to delegate tasks that you are currently doing to your team. It’s one way of taking your days back. Take a look at your agency and identify the running processes as a brand.

That’s what I do. My copywriter is great at what he does. There is also my content guy, a VA, and an elite web developer. All these people in my team focus on their superpower.

There is always a way to introduce a system that can connect two tasks together. If not robots, introduce an expert in that. It should be a seamless process that literally knocks it out of the park.

Automation equals productivity

You see, human beings aren’t robots. Human beings get tired, bored, lack determination and motivation, and sometimes fail to show up for work.

Robots, on the other hand, are efficient. They just need an electronic device, a well-connected system, and someone to press the ‘start’ button.

When it’s operational, you don’t need to be there all the time. Just monitor it from time to time, calculate the figures, and optimize for better performance.

Suppose you can replace that excel tasks, paper work, or even simple marketing tasks with an effective automation system. In that case, you have more time to research and develop new effective strategies to spur business growth.

How you can get your time back in your business

You understand the value of time, right? How can you get more time to focus on the more important stuff in your business?

Here are some tips:

List down what you do every day

The first thing is to identify all your daily activities. What do you do every day to enhance the running of your business?

Maybe you wake up every day, meditate, work out, prepare breakfast, then sit down to read and reply to your emails. That’s a list of your activities. However, you need to break them down even further.

Your goal is to get the details of each activity and introduce a system. For example, if you are messaging up to 100 cold clients every day from 8 AM to 12 PM, you can try and introduce scripts and a funnel that can allow them to book calls with you.

Within that system, you could have automated your cold outreach marketing strategy. The key is to break down projects and make it easy to efficiently and effectively connect and automate two activities.

Set deadlines

It’s easy to create tasks and subdivide them. However, it’s not always easy to complete a task that fast. To minimize time wastage, learn to set tasks and deadlines to get them done.

Without a plan to guide you, some tasks can take more time than others. In the end, you could end up carrying over today’s tasks to the next day, which will cause you to reorganize the schedule for that day.

In short, you can get a lot done with set deadlines. They help you to develop that discipline and consistency. A deadline also helps to keep you on track.

Delegate to elevate

This has also been my thing. It saves time for me and helps me build a powerful team that helps in business growth.

Do you have a team?

You can’t do everything all alone. If you have to scale, don’t focus on the money you will be paying your team. Instead, the time you will have saved by hiring someone else to do the task for you.

Time is the real resource. If you have more time, you can research ways of achieving excellence in what you are doing.

I’m good in almost all aspects of my business. I can run Facebook ads, build funnels, develop my website, create landing pages, and write a copy for my ads. However, I choose to let my team do that because I want to have that time for research and building strategies.

So, if you delegate, you elevate your business.

Conclusion

Get as much time on your hands as you can. Time is the real resource as compared to money. But if you focus on how much time you can save by not creating a system, you may never achieve growth in your business.

We can teach you all about how you can do this practically; once you download the dual funnel system. It’s a whole series of training videos based on the Automation G.O.A.T. principle and aims to help you fully automate your business. Download the system for free.
