Mornings with Marv: EP3

This morning I am attempting a challenge given to me by my friend Razvan Rogoz. I’m attempting to jog 5k in 40 minutes. I did it in 53. This is the hardest I have pushed myself physically in a long time. So happy I just went out there and did it! Thanks for pushing me to do this brother!
