Today, we are going to begin to establish your culture. At first thought people think of this as knowing who they are and what they want.
However, it’s imperative to also establish who you ARE NOT. If done right, there’s a good chance you’re going to piss a lot of people off, especially if you’re doing it right.
Trust me, you that is a GOOD thing. You want to be polarizing, this is how you truly establish the voice of your brand.
Write this down, the more sturdy you are in your convictions, the more responses you will get.
We all have different people that we communicate with, connect with and form a tribe with.
Talk to your audience, dig deep and truly establish who you are not going to be.
